You will get a friendly and affectionate welcome when you get admitted to our centre for rehab. You would need to arrange your admission beforehand, although mostly, we do accept new admissions placed within 24 hours from the actual booking.
Referrals made by the client themselves, their family, colleagues, and medical physicians are welcomed. Our team is prepared to receive you upon arrival once you have confirmed your booking.
Upon arrival at the facility, you will be acquainted to the medical staff and toured around so that you can orient yourself with the facility's various corners. Upon arrival we will also give you a welcome pack which has a timetable for your therapy session and also explains everything that you need to be conversant with during your stay at our facility, the Sanctuary Lodge. Please call us and let us know in case you are not able to come to our facility on your own.
We will arrange for you to see our detox specialist psychiatrist during your first 24 hours with us.
Here, we will consider you medical and psychological treatment needs to carry out a full assessment. A full detox regimen will be prescribed if required. Then our medical health professionals will monitor and administer the detox under strict protocol.
Please remember that you are supposed to bring any medications that you may have been taking, as well as giving us details of your doctor's surgery.
The psychiatrist will emphasize any parts of your treatment where a specialist is needed and then make suggestions. Our goal is to make sure that you treatment needs are met during your stay, therefore we will make sure that anything recommended or highlighted is then incorporated into your bespoke treatment plan. Your treatment programme shall be regularly evaluated by our specialists, medical director and staff, to make certain that you are able to obtain quality care possible always.
After your evaluation has been finished, our cordial team will immediately assist you in your adjustment. Our personnel is always available to talk to and encourage you since we know how stressful and scary this experience can be for many patients.
